Engineering Section is responsible for maintaining civic amenities like roads, foot-paths, street lighting, civil works, water supply etc. Several development works are looked after by the engineering section. The section also handles complaints from citizens with regard to these amenities. Enforcement and regulating building activity is also is one of the task of these section.
